（1）設(shè)備停機(jī)。盡管沒(méi)有形成物理?yè)p壞，但容易可編程控 制 器的程序或邏輯失常、數(shù)據(jù)丟失或軟件損壞。CNC數(shù)據(jù)（報(bào)括操作體系、參數(shù)、程序等）不得不從頭建立或更換PLC等。供電不穩(wěn)定也會(huì)造成設(shè)備的電腦意外死機(jī)、鎖死或非正常觸發(fā)設(shè)備N(xiāo)C—PLC復(fù)位、CNC體系停止響應(yīng)等問(wèn)題，致使設(shè)備運(yùn)行不穩(wěn)定。重新將電腦復(fù)位（通常是關(guān)機(jī)）才能使軟件恢復(fù)正常作業(yè)。

門(mén)窗設(shè)備廠家

(1) Equipment shutdown. Although there is no physical damage, it is easy to cause program or logic malfunction, data loss or software damage. CNC data (including operating system, parameters, programs, etc.) have to be established or replaced from scratch. The unstable power supply will also cause the computer of the equipment to crash, lock or abnormally trigger the nc-plc reset of the equipment and the CNC system to stop responding, resulting in the unstable operation of the equipment. （2）設(shè)備功能下降。如果長(zhǎng)時(shí)間存在電壓不穩(wěn)定（電壓波動(dòng)過(guò)大），會(huì)造成設(shè)備電子元件和電路功能下降，電子元器件使用壽命降低，使門(mén)窗設(shè)備整體運(yùn)行壽命縮短，這些也是普遍存在各門(mén)窗企業(yè)內(nèi)的問(wèn)題。
